The Web Bureau is proud to be sponsoring Bizcamp Belfast, a user generated business conference taking place on Monday 15th November 2010 (9am to 5pm) in the Ulster Museum.
How do you create a successful event that will appeal to a sector characterised by innovation and change? Take a conventional conference, shake it up and turn it on its head, of course! The organisers of Bizcamp Belfast have done just that.
This event will provide a multi-roomed hive of inspirational advice and shared experiences on just about every business-related topic imaginable. Have something you’re interested in that isn’t covered by the talks? No problem! Jump on the volunteers’ Soap Box and fill the gap with your own ten minute slot.
By removing the boundaries of more traditional conferences and giving attendees their turn on the mike the organisers are encouraging interaction and dialogue. This user generated dimension of the conference will run alongside more formal talks, providing an excellent opportunity for attendees to mix with like-minded contacts and specialists.
Bizcamp is staging an eclectic mix of speakers on topics that will appeal to both potential and established entrepreneurs. Themes include starting a business, technology, digital marketing, creative advertising, leadership, finance and high performance sales. Check out the Bizcamp website for a more extensive list of talks.
As Bizcamp is a not-for-profit business organisation, admission to the event is free. However, places are limited and must be booked through the registration page of the Bizcamp website.
We look forward to seeing you there!
