Web Bureau is delighted to announce the release of a new website for The Rural Community Network.
After several months of ongoing development and consultation, we have designed a website that is both an information portal and a tool to help the RCN in its day-to-day activities.
The new website features a clean and modern design that is easy to navigate and visually appealing. The homepage features a large hero banner with a rotating slideshow of images of rural communities. Below the slideshow is a brief overview of the RCN and its mission, as well as links to key pages such as "News" and "Events."
The website also includes a variety of features to help the RCN in its day-to-day activities. For example, the website includes a member directory, a calendar of events, and a job board. The website also includes a blog where the RCN can share news and information with its members and the public.
The new website is also mobile-friendly, meaning that it looks good and functions well on all devices, including smartphones and tablets. This is important because more and more people are using their mobile devices to access the internet.
We are proud to have worked with the RCN to create a new website that will help them to achieve their mission of supporting rural communities in the United Kingdom. How we worked with the RCN
When we began working with the RCN, we took the time to understand their needs and goals for the new website. We also met with their members to get feedback on what features they would like to see on the website.
Once we had a good understanding of the RCN's needs, we began to develop a design for the new website. We worked with the RCN to choose a colour palette, typography, and overall design style that would be consistent with their branding.
We also worked with the RCN to develop a content strategy for the new website. We helped them to identify the key pages that they needed on the website and to develop content for those pages.
We also helped the RCN to choose the right technology platform for the new website. We chose a platform that is scalable and easy to use, so that the RCN can easily update and manage the website in the future.
Once the new website was developed, we worked with the RCN to test the website and to make sure that it was working properly. We also provided them with training on how to use the new website.
