The Role

Position: Digital Account Executive
Location: Belfast
Salary: Dependent on experience
Employment: Permanent, Full-time

 

This role requires somebody that is able to work from the office in Belfast when required.

The Role

We are looking for an organised, motivated, and passionate Digital Account Executive to join our busy Client Services team. The Digital Account Executive will work with our portfolio of web clients to manage their ongoing needs. This will include answering client queries promptly and efficiently, responding to existing client's requirements in terms of requests for change on their website, finance queries and support requests. This role forms a crucial part of our agency.  

Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Manage the full website project lifecycle from inception to completion, to ensure a smooth and successful project delivery and that the project has been delivered on time and within budget.

  • Manage existing portfolio of clients with any queries or new work that may come through
  • Manage workloads, prioritise and deliver projects within agreed deadlines, along with providing clients with strategic support and ensuring that project objectives are met

  • Collaborate with the wider team including design and development to ensure successful delivery of the project objectives.
  • Be willing to assist the Accounts with the support inbox and the phones

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to request for change briefs from clients and work closely with the design and development team to help deliver these requests
  • Nurture and maintain client relationships to deliver a high level of customer service
  • Assist with the support inbox and telephone queries that come in on a daily basis
     

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years + of client services experience, preferably in a digital environment
  • Proven experience of working closely with clients and other team members in a collaborative manner
  • Track record of developing client relationships
  • Ability to manage multiple clients at one time, prioritise and deliver calmly under pressure
  • Excellent attention to detail

 

Desirable Criteria

  • Experience of using Project Management tools such as Teamwork, JIRA, Trello and the like
  • Experience of working with content management systems
