Our brief was to floor the competition with a more efficient digital advertising campaign, a complete rebrand and a responsive website that was focused on the browsing mobile user.
Floor Monster wanted us to take their old, tired website and give it a full refurb, updating and modernising the design, function and feel. We responded by creating an aspirational site to excite and inspire the end user and allow them to purchase with confidence and ease.
We were on a mission with Floor Monster – to bring on-trend wooden flooring to everyone who was searching for it on Google. We took over their Google search campaign, reviewed it and developed it further so that we were spending the same budget but driving more sample orders – win win! To increase the sample to order conversion rate we implemented a dynamic remarketing campaign across Facebook and the Google Display Network, tempting all those who had ordered samples back to the site.
Floor Monster trusted the Web Bureau to totally renovate their website, improving customer user experience and sales funnel by updating the site with a clean one page checkout. The new mega menu and filter navigation allows the customer to access the information needed to make their final choice.
