Out of Hours Support

Our standard support is between the hours of

Defined as: Support provided during Web Bureau's opening hours

  • Monday to Thursday, 9:00 am and 17:30 pm
  • Friday 9:00 am and 17.00pm
  • This is covered by annual support/maintenance.

Please note that annual support/maintenance only covers 1 hour per month unless otherwise agreed.

Ad-Hoc Out of Hours Support

Defined as: This is any support outside of standard opening hours:

  • Monday to Thursday, 9:00 am and 17:30 pm
  • Friday 9:00 am and 17.00pm

Please note that all out of hours support is subject to availability depending on the nature of the Issue. In some cases, issues may only be able to be resolved when the full team is back in the office during regular working hours.

Extended Support Contracts

Our extended support contract covers all support is between the hours of:

  • Monday to Friday, 17:30 pm and 09:00 am
  • Saturday and Sunday (24 hrs)

The cost for the extended service offering is:

  • £250 per week
  • Minimum call charge is £100.00 before 10:00 pm and then £150.00 after 10:00pm.
  • All Support activity is then charged at £100 / hour thereafter

A mobile phone number will be provided

A member of the team will have this with him at all times

Please note that depending on requirements, web projects are complex solutions that in most cases can have technical issues from time to time. In the majority of cases Web Bureau can resolve issues quickly and with minimum fuss. However, in some cases third party issues and complex solutions may need to be developed to overcome issues. We will always try our best to get all our clients back up and working again as quickly as possible if issues arise.
